If you allow it, meditation could be your antidote to stress. The benefits of meditation are many; this is common knowledge. We feel better, more relaxed and centered after a meditation session. Most of us have done some kind of meditation in our lives. Reading a good book, watching an inspiring film, playing with a child, jogging, even knitting… are all valid methods of taking ourselves to higher levels of consciousness. The end result will be that you will live a healthier, happier life!
